Chief Barketing Officer

Known for his laid-back leadership, Tigger firmly believes in the productivity-boosting power of napping. Despite his small size, he thinks big and motivates team members to reach for the stars (or at least the top shelf of the snack cupboard). His open-doggy-door policy invites team members to share their concerns over a game of tug-of-war.

Tigger is more than a small dog with impressive titles; he's a visionary leader who sees success not just as reaching new heights but also as enjoying the journey with a cheerful woof and a wagging tail.

Director of Operations

Breana Yarnall is our Director of Operations. Having over 15 years of experience in the aesthetic industry, Breana comes to us with a wealth of knowledge. She is excited to educate and deliver the best experience for every patient in their aesthetic journey. She has held multiple office and provider roles, which has allowed her to have a well-versed career in aesthetic medicine.

Patient Care Coordinator and Treatment Specialist

Natalie is our San Diego Patient Care Coordinator and Treatment Specialist. Natalie seamlessly blends her passion for the aesthetics industry with a genuine commitment to personalized care. Her extensive knowledge and keen understanding of the latest trends allow her to offer tailored consultations, ensuring each client discovers the perfect treatment for their needs. An advocate for self-care, Natalie believes that every individual deserves to feel confident and empowered in their skin. Out of the office, Natalie can be found surfing, snowboarding, practicing yoga, or anywhere near the beach.

Asby

Nurse Practitioner

Asby is a board certified nurse practitioner & aesthetic injector here at Avalon Laser. She studied nursing at Point Loma Nazarene University for undergrad and completed her masters at the University of Cincinnati. A native of San Luis Obispo, Asby enjoys quality time with her friends, family and spending the weekends anywhere near the beach. She enjoys educating patients on aesthetic medicine and explaining the benefits of quality skin care. With over 4 years of experience in the aesthetics industry, her passion is to help clients enhance their natural features and feel like the very best version of themselves. She is especially sought-after for her lip augmentation skills.

Nancy

Registered Nurse

Nancy is a dedicated registered nurse with invaluable experience, specializing in critical care within the intensive care unit setting since 2018. She is pursuing a further doctoral degree to enhance her clinical expertise at Hawaii Pacific University. Nancy has been passionately transitioning towards aesthetic nursing since 2021, blending her rich foundation in healthcare with a commitment to enhancing her patients’ well-being through her art and passion for aesthetic medicine. She has a distinctive passion for precision in injections and facial balancing to achieve a natural look and enhance unique features. With every visit, Nancy guides and creates customized treatments that are catered to each patient’s goals. In Nancy’s free time, she enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.

Morgan

Registered Nurse

Morgan is a registered nurse at Avalon Laser received her BSN from Point Loma Nazarene University in 2019. She began her nursing career in public health, working in maternal and child health. Her desire to bring more of her creative abilities into her work lead her to transition into the aesthetic nursing field in 2021. Morgan has a passion to help instill confidence in her patients, allowing them to feel their best from the outside in! In her free time, Morgan enjoys finding new places to explore in San Diego with her husband, daughter & their dog, Blue.

Meet Kelsey, our dedicated Patient Care Coordinator at Avalon Laser San Diego. With a passion for helping people look and feel their best, Kelsey specializes in providing personalized treatment guidance throughout your journey here at Avalon. Kelsey's warm demeanor and extensive aesthetic knowledge make her an essential part of the Avalon Laser team, where she is devoted to helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals with confidence and satisfaction. Outside of the office you can find her at the beach, pilates, or anywhere with live music!

Audrey

Patient Care Coordinator

I have been a licensed Medical Aesthetician for 11 years; I started my journey in Utah where I performed laser hair removal and tattoo removal. I had always dreamt of living in California since I was young and took the leap in 2014. Since moving to San Diego, I have worked with Top Plastic Surgeons in La Jolla and briefly in Nashville as their lead aesthetician and Coolsculpting technician. I absolutely love being in the aesthetic industry and helping patients become more confident. I look forward to collaborating with a team of skilled providers to help our patients get the best outcome of their investment.

When I'm not working I'm usually talking about pickles or you can find me hanging out with my 15 yr old pup, Booker T. I love going to concerts, traveling, and doing anything artsy.

Patient Care Coordinator

Kara Burns is an experienced cosmetologist from Los Angeles who has been in the beauty,wellness,and aesthetic industry for over 12 years. Her passion is to help patients feel comfortable,empowered,and confident throughout their entire experience. She loves that the procedures at Avalon laser are customized with precision and care for each patients needs.

Mallory

Patient Care Coordinator

Mallory is a licensed Master Esthetician from Palm Desert, CA who has been in the industry since 2013. Although, her passion for skin care started long before then. She is trained in many modalities including Microneedling and various peels. Her main goal is to make sure all patients feel comfortable throughout their entire experience here at Avalon Laser and making sure they leave feeling confident and beautiful in their own skin.

Laura

Aesthetician

Laura has been practicing medical Aesthetics since 2009 although her passion for skin care came at an early age while struggling with her own skin. After moving to Southern California in 2007 she became a licensed aesthetician to share her love for skin care with others. The techniques she has learned throughout her many years of experience and her continual education helps her to target hyper-pigmentation, acne, sensitive skin and provides many anti-aging benefits for everyone she sees. The focus she gives to her patients' skin care concerns allows her to customize each program in detail and her treatments are always given with a healing touch.

Erica

Aesthetician

Erica is not only an experienced esthetician and skin therapist but is also completing her Bachelors of Science in Nursing while working at Avalon Laser. She honed her skills at the school of Aveda in Beverly Hills and later gained experience working at prestigious medical spas before expanding her aesthetics skills and deepening her skin care knowledge. Erica’s ability to combine wellness and skin care advice has enabled her to provide her clients with astounding results and to achieve the best versions of themselves. She is professionally trained in multiple different modalities including microneedling, microdermabrasion, microcurrent, Diamond Glow, and medical grade peels. She is also trained in Ayurvedic medicine and has instructed yoga for the last 6 years. In her spare time, Erica enjoys the outdoors and loves taking her two dogs, Rory and Dobby, to the dog beach and Mammoth mountains.
