Dr. Reza Tirgari is our founder and medical director at Avalon Laser. It was his goal to create an aesthetic practice he believed clients deserved — one that combines advanced treatments with personalized care and natural-looking results. Under his leadership, we offer a comprehensive selection of aesthetic and wellness services for clients across San Diego and Carlsbad, CA. Services include injectables, laser skin rejuvenation, body contouring, cosmetic surgery, and wellness therapies, all delivered in a serene, welcoming environment.
Dr. Tirgari believes aesthetic treatments should enhance your natural features, not change who you are. His goal is to help you look refreshed, balanced, and like the best version of yourself while respecting the unique features that make you who you are.
In addition to treating clients, Dr. Tirgari has served as an educator at the University of Tennessee, Emory University, and George Washington University, and founded the Avalon Aesthetic Training Academy. His commitment to education goes hand in hand with his commitment to his clients. As aesthetic medicine continues to evolve, he stays current with new treatments and technology to ensure our services at Avalon Laser meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
With certifications in aesthetic medicine, laser hair removal, and BOTOX® and dermal filler injections, Dr. Tirgari has the extensive training and experience required to deliver balanced, natural-looking results for his clients.
Dr. Tirgari remains actively involved in the care we provide. Unlike many other medical spas, Avalon Laser always has a doctor on-site to oversee treatments, answer clinical questions, and help guide care whenever needed. His leadership also helps ensure our practice continues to evaluate new technologies, maintain high standards of care, and provide clients with treatment recommendations they can trust.
10/10 experience!! It was my first time getting any aesthetic treatment done so I was quite nervous, but the ladies here made sure to answer all my questions with full transparency and make me feel comfortable. Raiza did an exceptional job with addressing all of my needs and gave me exactly what I wanted. She was super gentle and I honestly did not feel any pain during my lip filler and tox which was surprising because I have a very low pain tolerance. She also made sure to educate me on what to do post treatment and I’m healing very well. I would also like to mention that my skin is absolutely glowing after my facial with Rhea. I couldn’t be more happier with my treatments here and I’ll definitely be back!
