Known for his laid-back leadership, Tigger firmly believes in the productivity-boosting power of napping. Despite his small size, he thinks big and motivates team members to reach for the stars (or at least the top shelf of the snack cupboard). His open-doggy-door policy invites team members to share their concerns over a game of tug-of-war. Tigger is more than a small dog with impressive titles; he's a visionary leader who sees success not just as reaching new heights but also as enjoying the journey with a cheerful woof and a wagging tail.

Breana Yarnall is our Director of Operations. Having over 15 years of experience in the aesthetic industry, Breana comes to us with a wealth of knowledge. She is excited to educate and deliver the best experience for every patient in their aesthetic journey. She has held multiple office and provider roles, which has allowed her to have a well-versed career in aesthetic medicine.

With a firm belief that looking good leads to feeling good, she is committed to providing personalized care and guidance throughout each client’s aesthetic journey. Jessica’s love for the aesthetic industry drives her to stay informed about the latest treatments and trends, ensuring clients receive the highest quality care tailored to their unique needs. Jessica loves seeing people’s confidence blossom after their treatments. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys checking out new restaurants, spending time in the gym, and taking her pup to the dog beach.

Laleh is our clinic manager at Avalon Laser San Diego. She has a deep-rooted passion for skin health, aesthetics, and the transformative power of self-care. With an eye for detail and a love for all things beauty, Laleh loves focusing on helping clients feel confident, radiant, and truly seen. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family, hanging out with her pups, and going to the farmer's market. Some of her other passions are fashion and live music.

Nancy is a dedicated registered nurse with invaluable experience, specializing in critical care within the intensive care unit setting since 2018. She is pursuing a further doctoral degree to enhance her clinical expertise at Hawaii Pacific University. Nancy has been passionately transitioning towards aesthetic nursing since 2021, blending her rich foundation in healthcare with a commitment to enhancing her patients’ well-being through her art and passion for aesthetic medicine. She has a distinctive passion for precision in injections and facial balancing to achieve a natural look and enhance unique features. With every visit, Nancy guides and creates customized treatments that are catered to each patient’s goals. In Nancy’s free time, she enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.

With over a decade of experience, Chelsea is a highly skilled Aesthetic Registered Nurse renowned for her artistry and precision in enhancing natural beauty. Chelsea's nursing career began in Tennessee as a Registered Travel Nurse focusing primarily in critical care settings until her journey landed her in San Diego where she transferred her adept knowledge and meticulous work into Aesthetic Medicine. By combining her medical knowledge and artistic abilities, Chelsea takes an individualized approach, ensuring that each treatment is tailored to meet her clients' unique goals and enhance their inherent natural beauty. Her commitment to excellence is matched only by her dedication to helping individuals feel confident and empowered in their own skin. Self care and well being are integral for Chelsea, so when she is not in clinic you can usually find her travelling, outside near the ocean, or relaxing in a sound bath.

Raiza received her BSN from West Coast University in 2023, specializing in medical-surgical telemetry and aesthetics. Raiza has developed a deep understanding of patient care, precision, and artistry in aesthetic nursing and is committed to enhancing natural beauty with a personalized and holistic approach. Raiza believes that confidence starts with feeling great in your own skin and strives to provide patients with expert care, education, and results that align with their aesthetic goals. Beyond the clinical setting, Raiza enjoys hiking, traveling, and practicing somatic Pilates. She has a love for writing poetry and enjoys spending time with her rescue border collie mix, Oppie!'

Mallory is a licensed Master Esthetician from Palm Desert, CA who has been in the industry since 2013. Although, her passion for skin care started long before then. She is trained in many modalities including Microneedling and various peels. Her main goal is to make sure all patients feel comfortable throughout their entire experience here at Avalon Laser and making sure they leave feeling confident and beautiful in their own skin.

Laura has been practicing medical Aesthetics since 2009 although her passion for skin care came at an early age while struggling with her own skin. After moving to Southern California in 2007 she became a licensed aesthetician to share her love for skin care with others. The techniques she has learned throughout her many years of experience and her continual education helps her to target hyper-pigmentation, acne, sensitive skin and provides many anti-aging benefits for everyone she sees. The focus she gives to her patients' skin care concerns allows her to customize each program in detail and her treatments are always given with a healing touch.

As a licensed esthetician with a deep love for skincare, I am dedicated to helping my patients achieve their healthiest and most radiant skin. I specialize in customized treatments that cater to individual skin needs while working hand and hand with injectors and laser technicians to meet maximum results for our patients. My mission is to ensure that each patient leaves feeling refreshed, confident, and glowing. On the days I’m not working, you can find me spending time with my dog, Nyla, at the beach, hiking, doing yoga or hanging out with my friends/family!
